Manufacturing Manager—Restek Performance Coatings

This key position will manage the daily operations of Restek's Performance Coatings division. Areas of responsibility include manufacturing operations, with a focus on process improvements and increased efficiency & productivity, people management, budgeting and strategic planning. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this position will serve on the management team and must be able to interact with all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent work experience, plus five years experience in manufacturing and/or the materials science field. Formal training in leadership/management and proven record of successful team management and development is also required.
