Which Swagelok® ball valves can you coat and which do you not accept for custom coating?
We can coat Swagelok® 33 Series and 60 Series ball valves. We cannot coat 40 Series or 83 Series ball valves because they cannot be disassembled, and some components will not withstand the coating temperature. We also can coat many Parker or other valves that can be disassembled.
We are able to coat these Swagelok® valves:
  33 Series and 60 Series ball valves
  DL & DS diaphragm valves
  P4T and P6T plug valves
  S, M, L, and 31 Series metering valves
  D Series valves with PEEK® stem tips
  rising plug valves
We are not able able to coat these Swagelok® valves:
  40 Series and 83 Series ball valves
  06, 16, and 92 Series toggle valves
  D Series valves with metal stem tips
  JN, JB, 0, 1, 18, 20, and 26 Series bonnet valves
  bellows-sealed valves
We are able to coat these Parker-Hannifin valves:
  rotary plug valves
  needle valves - soft seat (V4LC w/ soft seat)
  packing below thread valve (PBT) with soft seat
  B Series ball valves
  Series 10, 20, and 30 metering valves
We are not able able to coat these Parker-Hannifin valves:
  toggle valves
  hard seat and bar stock needle valves
  packing below thread valve (PBT) with hard seat
  rising stem plug valve
  union bonnet valve
  size 16 union bonnet valves
  MB Series ball valves
  Series HR metering valves
